Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. Service description

Scoper sets up and maintains an AI-assisted workflow from your written brief. Your AI assistant drafts work for your team to review and approve. The service runs on third-party AI accounts that you own and control.

Scoper is operated by AAPO Pty Ltd.

T111 / 793 Burke Road, Camberwell VIC 3124

Scoper is independent and not affiliated with the AI platforms it works with.

Third-party product names and trademarks belong to their owners.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), include GST, and are billed monthly:

  • Premium: A$165 per month including GST
  • Super: A$385 per month including GST
  • Ultra: A$825 per month including GST

Your subscription renews each month until cancelled. You authorise us to charge the payment method held by our payment processor on each renewal date.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and service continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Except where Australian Consumer Law or another applicable law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refundable and unused time is not credited.

4. Setup, delivery, and maintenance

We begin setup after receiving your written brief and any access or information needed for your selected plan. Delivery timing depends on the completeness of that material and any third-party service availability. While your subscription remains active, we maintain the configured workflow within the scope of your plan. Material new workflows, integrations, or custom development may require a separate written scope and price.

You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every draft before it is sent, published, relied on, or used to make a decision.

5. Third-party services and costs

Scoper subscription fees do not include third-party AI subscriptions, usage charges, or other software costs. You obtain and pay for those services directly and remain subject to their terms. Availability, features, pricing, and outputs of third-party services are outside our control.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of material you provide. Subject to payment of applicable fees, you may use the outputs delivered for your internal business purposes. Scoper retains ownership of its pre-existing methods, templates, software, and general know-how.

7. Service limitations

AI-generated drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of a particular business outcome. Our terms do not exclude any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Liability cap

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scoper's total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid for the affected subscription during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the courts of Victoria, without limiting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
