Choose Starter if you are comfortable reading a README and running commands in a terminal. Choose Kickstart if you have never used Claude Code before and want a human walkthrough before going solo. Most owners start with a kit. The consulting path exists for the minority who decide a workflow is worth A$12,000 to have built end-to-end without their team learning Claude. We take on a small number of these per quarter so the work gets done properly.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Why USD?
Stripe handles geo-conversion at checkout. AU customers see AUD pricing automatically. Customers in other countries see their local currency where Stripe supports it.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The kit is designed to be run via Claude Code (which writes the code for you) or pasted into Claude.ai web or Cursor. If you know how to open a terminal and follow instructions, you have enough.
What if my workflow is unusual?
The kit is scaffolding — folder structure, prompts, stack picks, a first task. It is generic enough to handle most business workflows. You adapt it to your specifics with Claude as you go. If it does not help inside 14 days, refund.
Can I get a refund if it does not work for me?
Yes. Starter and Kickstart both carry a 14-day no-questions refund. Studio is month-to-month — cancel anytime and you will not be charged again.
Do you offer custom builds?
Yes — see the consulting section above. Audit and build starts at A$12,000+GST and runs four weeks. Most customers do not need this — the kit gets you most of the way for under A$200 — but for owners who want it shipped end-to-end without their team learning Claude, the consulting path exists.
How do I choose between a kit and consulting?
A kit if you have someone on the team comfortable reading a README and running commands. Consulting if you would rather not, or if the workflow is genuinely worth A$12,000 to have built without your team learning Claude. Most owners start with a kit and find that is enough.
